* Velorail Confolens

This is a great half day out. The Velorail Confolens is essentially a metal truck to which two bicycles have been attached along with 3 passenger seats. You pedal along an abandoned railway track between Confolens and Manot or Roumazieres and Manot and back again, passing over the "Viaduc de Laplaud", a 6 arch viaduct. The journey is about 15km round trip and you are given 2.5 hours to complete it. Only small inclines encountered! Great fun for everyone, especially kids. Pre-booking advisable in high season as you are sent off at pre-set times and the attraction is popular. Cost is 25 per truck for 5 people for 2.5 hours. Refreshments available at half-way point. * Guests of registered tourist accommodation receive discount vouchers for this activity. |

Description: Outdoor circuit. 910m track. Sodi RX7 270 and 390cc 4 stroke. You can also hire Sodi SR4 125cc 28 hp. (You have to at least try it!!) Schooling and racing. A great day out at a cinematic theme park - loads of cinemas of different formats (IMAX, 3D, under-foot) offering different shows on different themes. Great day but get there early. |

Parc Bellevue, Limoges

An amusement park for small children. Great fun and lots of rides and bouncy casteles. Small train takes you around the park, there is a small boating lake with motorised bumber-boats, water flume (height restricted) an octopus and a small animal park too. Great fun day out for smaller children. |
